I, the person who clicked Weezy (hereinafter the Guest) unconditionally release The Firefly at Madison, its owners, agents, and other guests from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages or expenses occurring during, or arising in any way from my participation at The Firefly at Madison Bed & Breakfast.
I understand that attending a facility in the country may involve certain exposure to wildlife and other factors and risks. By accepting this waiver, I assume all responsibilities for participation by both myself and any children who might accompany me.
I understand that this Release from Liability unconditionally releases and holds harmless all Releasees from any financial or other liability for any injury, illness, or loss of life that I as a Guest or my family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm occurring during or arising in any way from staying at The Firefly at Madison Bed & Breakfast.

PS We work hard to keep you safe. We have gone to a lot of effort, including being inspected by the county and the health department, and have a commercial fire extinguisher account as well as insect control to keep things under control.
But, like the thing above says, you’re in the country, and this is an 80 year old house, and stuff happens occasionally. Unlike the Hilton Corporation, we use this place to survive, and we hope that you will understand our need to run this by you. Thanks for clicking.
